Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OS4Gyms ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a gymnastics gym or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Platform Description
OS4Gyms is a software platform designed for gymnastics and athletic training facilities. It provides tools for website management, class scheduling, family enrollment, billing, attendance, and growth automation.
3. Gym Operator Responsibilities
Gym operators are responsible for: (a) obtaining required parental/guardian consents before enrolling minors, (b) maintaining accurate class and athlete records, (c) complying with all applicable laws including COPPA, (d) keeping billing information current, and (e) supervising staff access.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Platform access is billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Gym operators are also responsible for their own family/member billing processed through the Platform via Stripe. OS4Gyms is not liable for billing disputes between gyms and their members.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Gym operators serve as data controllers for their members' data. OS4Gyms acts as a data processor on your behalf.
6. Intellectual Property
OS4Gyms retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your gym operations.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not: reverse engineer the Platform, use it for unlawful purposes, share access credentials, scrape data, or use it to compete with OS4Gyms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OS4Gyms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, gym operators may export their data within 30 days before deletion. We may suspend access immediately for material breach or non-payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
